We are pleased to announce that the 5th Vienna-ESTS Laryngotracheal Course will be held in Vienna from 4 to 5 March 2027.
Following the great success of the 4th course in 2023, we are delighted to once again welcome airway surgeons from around the world to Vienna. A distinguished faculty of international experts will make this meeting a unique experience. Airway surgery requires close cooperation between different specialties, including thoracic surgeons, otolaryngologists/ENT surgeons, anaesthesiologists, pulmonologists, radiologists, phoniatricians and speech-language therapists. The meeting is therefore aimed at a broad audience involved in the management of this specific patient population.
As at previous meetings, participants are encouraged to submit abstracts presenting interesting cases, new techniques, basic research in the field of airway surgery or summaries of their institutions’ experience. The best abstracts will be rewarded with an oral presentation in one of the plenary sessions.
After its successful premiere in 2023, the hands-on course on human cadavers will once again be offered to a limited number of participants on 6 March 2027.
This meeting will be an excellent opportunity to discuss new developments in airway surgery and the challenges we all face in our daily clinical practice.
